Introduction:

The double membrane gas holder is the most widely used device for temporally storing biogas. With PVC coated inner and outer membrane, YHR gas holder can be used on ground or on tank top.

YHR has developed its own patented technologies and own production line for the membrane gas holder.

Description:

The outer membrane is used to protect against the wind, snow and sunshine. It is inflated by an external pressure control system to form a constant pressure. The membrane material is finished by low wick, fungicide and UV-protected treatment.

The Inner membrane is used to store the biogas, with PVDF-lacquer on both sides, and treatment to protest against microbal and fungal attack.

For tank-top gas holder, an in-tank column and supporting belt and net will be used.

For on-ground gas holder, bottom membrane, with the same material of inner membrane will be used.

YHR membrane gas holders are also equipped with inspection windows, over/under pressure protection devices, gas volume indicator, all made by YHR factory.
